NewsRustle Terms of Service
Draft for review · September 18, 2026
NewsRustle is a Northwest Arkansas news discovery service operated by Mycelis Solutions, LLC. These proposed terms will be shown before account creation and must be accepted before an account can be created.
Using Newsrustle
You may read public listings, follow sources, and open links to the original publisher. Newsrustle identifies the publisher for each story; the publisher’s website controls its own content and terms.
Accounts
Accounts will be optional. When registration is enabled, you may sign in through an approved identity provider such as Google or Facebook. You are responsible for keeping access to your provider account secure. Newsrustle will not ask for your provider password.
Your choices and data
You control the sources saved to your Newsrustle account. You may change them, download the account information Newsrustle holds, sign out, or delete the account as described in the Privacy & your data notice.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the service, evade reasonable security controls, use automated requests that burden the service, misrepresent your identity, or use Newsrustle data to make decisions about another person’s employment, credit, housing, insurance, or eligibility.
Changes and ending an account
We may change or discontinue a feature. We will post material changes with an updated date. You may stop using Newsrustle or request deletion at any time.
Contact
Before account registration is enabled, Mycelis Solutions, LLC will publish the monitored contact address for questions, requests, and legal notices.
